株式会社クンテープ様 — Microsoft Copilot 活用 AI研修

大阪を中心にタイ料理レストランを展開する株式会社クンテープ様を対象に、Microsoft Copilot の活用研修を実施しました。

川北社長のご主導のもと、スタッフの業務効率化を目的にCopilotを導入。研修では実際の業務シーンを想定したプロンプト設計や、メール・文書作成への活用方法をハンズオン形式でお伝えしました。

研修の背景

飲食業界において、メール対応・シフト管理・メニュー提案など、日々の業務にかかる事務作業の負担は少なくありません。「AIを使えば何ができるのか」という疑問からスタートし、まずは社長が自ら使いこなすことを目標に研修を設計しました。

研修プログラムの概要

• Microsoft Copilot の基本操作と活用シーン
• 業務別プロンプトの考え方（メール・文書・企画案の作成）
• AIとの正しい向き合い方・使い分けの基準
• 実際の業務ファイルを使ったハンズオン演習

研修を終えて

「こんなことまでできるのか」という驚きと、「これなら現場でも使える」という実感が交差するセッションとなりました。AIを難しいものとして遠ざけるのではなく、身近な道具として使いこなしていただけるよう、わかりやすく丁寧にお伝えしました。

店舗メニュー表やマニュアル表など、Copilotを活用して作成した成果物を即座に店舗展開するなど、実際の現場での利活用に繋げることができました。

We delivered a Microsoft Copilot training session for Krungtep Co., Ltd., a Thai restaurant chain based in Osaka.

Under the initiative of President Kawakita, the session aimed to help staff leverage Copilot for day-to-day efficiency. Participants learned hands-on how to design prompts for real work scenarios, and how to apply AI to email writing and document creation.

Background

In the restaurant industry, administrative tasks such as email correspondence, shift management, and menu planning can place a significant daily burden on staff. Starting from the question "What can AI actually do for us?", we designed a training program with the goal of having the president himself master the tools first.

Program Overview

• Core operations and use cases for Microsoft Copilot
• Prompt design by task type (email, documents, and proposal drafting)
• How to work with AI effectively and when to use it
• Hands-on exercises using actual work files

After the Training

The session buzzed with a mix of surprise ("I had no idea it could do this") and conviction ("We can actually use this on the floor"). Rather than positioning AI as something daunting, we made sure participants walked away seeing it as a practical, everyday tool.

Deliverables created with Copilot — including store menu sheets and operation manuals — were rolled out to locations immediately after the training, demonstrating real on-the-floor adoption.
