ご相談いただいた経緯

自動販売機製品の管理を「メモ」で記録し、会社に帰社後「Excel」に反映させ管理しているとの話を伺いました。この管理する時間で、月に十数時間の工数を使っていると伺い、DX支援として提案させていただきました。

対応内容

以前から月に十数時間程度、工数を使用していた作業に対して、以下の対応を行いました。

• スマホから商品の補填情報（商品名や数）をスプレッドシートに自動反映
• 上記の補填情報を元に月末に精算書・清算書のワンクリック反映

How the Project Came About

We learned that the client was recording vending machine product management on handwritten notes and then transferring it into Excel after returning to the office. Hearing that this process consumed more than a dozen hours of work each month, we proposed a DX solution to address it.

What We Delivered

For a task that had previously taken more than a dozen hours of work each month, we implemented the following:

• Automatic recording of restocking information (product names and quantities) into a spreadsheet directly from a smartphone
• One-click generation of settlement and reconciliation statements at month-end based on the restocking data above
