SIO ACCELERATION 2025 とは
大阪産業創造館が支援する「SIOアクセラレーション」は、起業家の仮説検証とプロダクト改善を加速させるプログラムです。市場検証、ピッチ機会、メンターシップを通じて、アイデアを事業へと磨き込みます。
松永昂大がこのプログラムに採択され、社内ナレッジ基盤「カチット」の検証と改善を重ねました。得たのはピッチの機会だけではなく、この課題を使命として言い切り、形にし、世に出すための時間でした。
SIOでの歩み
SIO採択当初、カチットはアイデア段階でした。そこから顧客ヒアリング、検証、ピボットを繰り返し、実際の現場のニーズに応える形へと磨き込みました。2026年1月、数百店舗規模の企業との導入契約が決まり、カチットを正式ローンチしました。
カチットを作った思い
仕事をしていて「これどうやるんやっけ？」と止まる瞬間は誰にでもあります。一方で、詳しい人には質問が集中し、その人の本来の仕事が進まなくなる。この「情報共有不足による属人化」は、会社の停滞を生む危険な課題です。
私のキャリアでは、優秀な人に質問が集中して精神的に潰れる現場を何度も見てきました。だからこそ「会社の知識が特定の人に乗らない状態」を作ることが、私たちの使命です。
About SIO ACCELERATION 2025
Run with the support of the Osaka Business and Investment Center, the SIO Acceleration program is designed to accelerate entrepreneurs' hypothesis testing and product refinement. Through market validation, pitch opportunities, and mentorship, it helps sharpen ideas into real businesses.
Kodai Matsunaga was selected for the program and used it to repeatedly validate and refine Kachitto, our in-house knowledge platform. What he gained was far more than a chance to pitch—it was the time and space to declare this problem as a mission, give it shape, and bring it to the world.
Our Journey at SIO
When we were first accepted into SIO, Kachitto was still just an idea. From there, through repeated customer interviews, validation, and pivots, we refined it into a product that answers real, on-the-ground needs. In January 2026, we signed a deployment agreement with a company operating several hundred stores and officially launched Kachitto.
The Thinking Behind Kachitto
Everyone knows the moment at work when you stop and think, "Wait, how do I do this again?" Meanwhile, the people who know the answers get bombarded with questions, leaving them unable to focus on their own work. This over-reliance on specific individuals, driven by poor knowledge sharing, is a dangerous problem that grinds a company to a halt.
Throughout my career, I have seen countless workplaces where the most capable people burn out under a flood of questions. That is exactly why our mission is to build a state in which a company's knowledge no longer rests on any single person.
