ご相談いただいた経緯

スリーメンジャパン株式会社様では、「Notion」を導入することが決定していました。本格的に「Notion」で運用していくにあたり、"良いスタートを切りたい" との要望があり、"楽しく"、Notionの"可能性"を知り、導入が楽しみになるような研修を開催しました。

対応内容

「Notion」についての基礎をお伝えし、仕事の場面でも役に立つ"プロジェクトページ"を作成していただきました。

また、実際に株式会社digitiveで導入している議事録自動化や要約自動化、NotionAIによる情報の整理・抽出なども紹介し、Notionの可能性という部分についても詳細にお伝えしました。

後日アンケートでは、「楽しい」「これを通じて、AIにも興味が出た」「Notionのこの機能を次は知りたい」などNotionやAIへの関心が高まっている声が多々ありました。

How the Project Began

Three Men Japan Co., Ltd. had decided to adopt Notion. As they prepared to roll it out in earnest, they wanted to "get off to a great start," so we held a training session designed to be enjoyable—one that revealed the possibilities of Notion and got the team excited about using it.

What We Did

We covered the fundamentals of Notion and had participants build a project page they could put to use in their day-to-day work.

We also introduced examples of how digitive itself uses Notion—automating meeting minutes and summaries, and organizing and extracting information with Notion AI—giving a detailed look at what Notion makes possible.

In a follow-up survey, many participants shared rising interest in both Notion and AI, with comments such as "It was fun," "This got me interested in AI, too," and "I'd love to learn this Notion feature next."
